I got a pain journal so I can keep track of my pain levels and other daily activities. I think it will be a good thing to take when I see my doctor.
I have had to check blood sugars recently due to an elevated A1C. The sugars are not bad. This is one of the things I have been putting in my journal.
I know it doesn’t seem like much but for me it is important and takes alot to remember to write information down.
I managed to set two appointments for this week and one for next week. The stressful appointment will be Wednesday when I take my friend to her appointment.
As far as today, things are going well. I have managed to keep up with my meditations and stress reduction. Feeling good today.
