Today isn’t a good day for me. Lots of spasms and pain but, I still have a schedule of appointments to do ( for myself and a friend). Took my meds and hoping they kick in soon.
This day is a good example of pain as a stressor. I hurt but I have commitments that need to be completed. So I tolerate what I must to meet the commitments.
This in turn stresses the body. By Friday I will be in CFS pretty good. It’ll be a sleep day.
Pain is exhausting on all levels of the being. The best resolution will be to sleep at some point(s). There’s pain meds and other drugs that somewhat alleviate some symptoms but can be dangerous in other ways like when driving. I try to avoid that until I know I am home for evening.
Anyone have other suggestions while I do a short meditation??
