Post Holiday

Well, now that the holiday is over, there comes a let down. No family around and the house is quiet. All the leftover food has been eaten or frozen and I’ve had my fill of turkey 🦃

New stressors have risen to fill the void. My computer has frozen on the sign in screen, I’m rewrapping my son’s leg every couple days, and cleaning house as my health permits. I even started wrapping Christmas gifts.

I’m using my phone to post and am hoping to get my computer working soon. Still the program will go on.

Monday will be part 2. Stress and symptoms will be covered as one section as needed.

I hope you had a great holiday and have found ways to get through the stressors. I know I am doing pretty well. Looking forward to seeing some messages. Having been a mental health professional I have knowledge I would like to share with you and hope you will be open to talking with me. As a reverend and professional I know that confidentiality is important and will honor that whole heartedly.

God’s light, love, and blessings on your day(s).
